Where little learners begin with confidence, curiosity, and care.
Our Pre-Primary provides a safe, caring environment where children develop confidence, creativity, and a love for learning through play-based exploration and gentle guidance.

Building strong foundations through balanced academics, values, and growth.
In our Junior School, we balance academic excellence with character development, encouraging each child to grow intellectually, socially, and spiritually in a supportive and values-driven environment.

Shaping independent thinkers ready to thrive beyond the classroom.
Our High School offers a rigorous academic journey alongside diverse cultural, sporting, and leadership opportunities, equipping learners with the skills, values, and resilience to thrive beyond school.

OUR OFFERING

What Makes Us Special

At St Nicholas, growth and learning extend far beyond the classroom

FAITH BASED

At St Nicholas, life is considered a gift from God, and we encourage our pupils to live it with generosity and gratitude. Every child is loved, belongs, and is recognised as a child of God. The pursuit of knowledge is seen as an exploration of God’s truth within His created world, and learning takes place within this intellectual framework. Christ remains at the centre of our life at school, while we remain welcoming and sensitive to the diversity of faith within our community.

AFFORDABLE EDUCATION

St Nicholas is proud to offer high-quality, affordable private education. We are a member of the Independent Schools Association of Southern Africa (ISASA), and our matric learners write the Independent Examinations Board (IEB) exams. This affiliation allows for flexibility within our syllabus and ensures that our pupils graduate with a matric qualification that is widely recognised both locally and internationally.

BOARDING

St Nicholas has well-established boarding houses with dedicated staff living on the property to ensure that our boarders are well cared for. We offer boarding for both boys and girls from Grade 6 to Grade 12. Our boarding staff create a home-away-from-home environment while maintaining a structured routine that supports academic work, homework supervision and participation in co-curricular activities.

Rooted In Faith,
Growing In Fortitude

At the heart of St Nicholas is our Christian faith. This is reflected in our motto: DEUS DUCIT – GOD LEADS. Our Anglican ethos is nurtured in classroom devotions, regular chapel services led by our Chaplain, Bible-based assemblies, staff devotions, and regular Eucharists.
